Whitney Harris was born in the eighties in the Brooklyn, New York where she currently lives and works. Her art is inspired by city living, other artists and her own vivid imagination. She borrows from her city life experiences, people, place and things and pokes fun at the absurdity of experience. In an attempt to convey a lighter side of life, Whitney employs her diverse educational background and variety of styles and hopes that viewers can walk away inspired, or at least smiling.
